To be clear I have not visited this establishment and my review is written in the context of making a booking to use a Timeout voucher and the atrocious customer service I received from Mika. 1. First I was accused of using the wrong booking system (I clicked the link sent to me by Timeout) 2. Then it was cancelled because I did not follow the terms and conditions to leave 15 minutes (this is not mentioned anywhere on the voucher) 3. When rebooking I was told my voucher code has already been used so couldn’t proceed What booking system I used appears to be a massive sticking point for Mika, as I received a very rude email about it, so obtained a refund from Timeout (who dealt with the matter expertly). Some weeks later I received a curtly worded second email going on about using the wrong booking system! Here’s a tip for Mika, instead of wasting time telling off your customers with unprofessional emails, why not try being constructive and help them make the booking correctly? The language used on the website and emails for bookings is deplorable and, if any indication of the quality of this establishment, it should be avoided at all costs.
